- Please let us know if you anticipate arriving after 8.00pm as our reception closes at this time
- The earliest check in time is 2pm with check out being 10am on the day of departure
- All our accommodation units are non-smoking
- Babysitting services are available

- A locked storage shed for large items such as bikes or kayaks
- A safe at reception for small valuables
- A card operated boom gate and security patrols
- Parking for one vehicle at each campsite or cabin
Communication facilities:
- A public phone (phone cards are available from reception)
- Wireless internet access with NetSpot. Access is paid for online via credit card
- Email / Internet facilities
- Fax facilities at reception
- Messages displayed on a notice board near reception
- Mail can be redirected to the holiday resort and will be held at reception
