Park Motel Beachside The newest of our accommodation units, our four beachside motel units are fitted with the latest mod cons and quality furnishings.  They have their own balconies and seating to enjoy the outdoors.  Best of all they are only a one minute walk to Waihi Beach.  They're a great  treat for the weekend! Room details

The units have two separate bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second with bunk beds - a double on the bottom and single at the top.  A good sized living space is a feature of the units with lounge area and fully equipped kitchen.  The bathroom has quality plumbing fittings ensuring a satisfying shower after a big day at the beach!

All linen and towels are provided.  Guests can use the range of 5 star facilities available, including guest laundry, playground, heated swimming pool and spa, gym and outdoor barbecues.

During peak season minimum rates and length of stay apply.  This is calculated when you obtain a quote via the internet, but is confirmed by us.

The search for New Zealand’s greatest all round tradesman for 2009 was hosted at Waihi Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort.  The challenge for each tradesman was to build a kiwi bach, testing their skills in building, bricklaying, tiling, roofing and loads more. Four tradesmen, Jared, Ian, Sam and Matt spent several weeks at Waihi Beach TOP 10 Holiday Resort to complete their task.  The title, Jack of all Trades 2009, was won by Sam, and the holiday resort was left with four brand new units that are now available to stay in.
